Are you in Florida? My energy and water consumption is less than average all year except for summer. All the snowbirds have gone north and now our usage is being compared to vacant homes.

Well, you’re going to have to work harder to get it down to $28 then. I’m going to suggest lots of candles, cold showers, and eating out. Might as well unplug your refrigerator just to be safe.

We get down to $80 in the summer but sometimes hit $200+ in the winter with the base board heaters. Then there is the annual propane fill, that legitimately hurts.
